The Firearm Industry Trade Association (NSSF) and the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute approached us to develop a complete revamp of an old ballistics calculator tool.
This required us to port and create from the ground-up numerous ballistics related functions and specific calculations to a React.js web application to be used internally. We created everything from the scalable front-end user interface to the maintainable code which houses the calculator’s engine to visualize print-ready charting and calculator specific data used by the teams at SAAMI.
